Online Store Policies


As with all online stores, items are simply added to your cart, and when you are ready to check out, you are taken through the process.  Shipping is flat rate charges, based on the province you live in.  Payment can be made either by credit card through PayPal, or via etransfer.  Moments in Time is set up for auto deposit, so no need for a security question.  I ask that in the memo, you state your first and last name, so I can easily match the payment to the order.


Sometimes there is an item you want to purchase, but you don’t feel shipping is “worth it”.  You have the option to choose “ship later”.  This allows you to reserve that item (I take it off the shelf and place it in your shipping box).  You can add to your box as you see items you wish to purchase.  I can notify you when your box is full (I ship in pizza boxes), and we will add your shipping charge to your final order.


If you are a local customer, or will be in the area sometime soon, please select Pick Up in the shipping options, and I will contact you to make arrangements.

I offer free delivery to Regina... I will be making a trip to Regina near the end of each month.  If you are in the Regina area, or are on the way to Regina from Yorkton, select the Pick Up option, and leave a note you would like to take advantage of the free delivery.  I will message you details of when and where you can meet me in the city to pick up your goodies!


Customers are the most important part of my business!  To show my gratitude to you for the purchases you make, you will automatically be added to the Loyalty Program once you’ve made an account and made your first purchase. 

  • You will work your way through your loyalty card in $50 increments.  
  • When you reach the first $250 in purchases (before taxes and discounts), you will receive $10 OFF your next order!
  • When you reach the next $250 in purchases (before taxes and discounts), you will receive $20 OFF your next order!
  • When you reach the next $250 in purchases (before taxes and discounts), you will receive FREE SHIPPING on your next order!
  • Once the level of Free Shipping is received, a new loyalty card will be started for you.


Great care is taken in packaging your order.  I do it personally, ensuring that the product is not damaged prior to packing, and that once in the box, it is secure.  If for some reason, you feel the item needs to be returned, please contact me before sending anything, so we can come up with the best solution for the situation.  Items being returned MUST be unopened and unused.
